21. What happens in Translation?

tRNA translates the message and then follows the instructions to get Amino acids which are transported to the ribosome by the tRNA's, they contain three bases called the anticodon.

22. Why is this process important?

This is important so that the ribosome is able to read the information that the mRNA is bringing to it.

23. What structures/ components are used during this process?

The anticodons are important because they reveal where to start, end, and which amino acid goes on the polypeptide chain.
The tRNA is important because it brings many different amino acids to the ribosome to see if they are the correct fit.
The mRNA is important because it holds the correct code for the polypeptide chain.


24. What is the end result of this process?

Once the process is over, there will be a new (amino acid)protein created.
